But there are also parades in Vitoria, Pamplona, Biarritz, Bayonne and San Sebastian. In Biarritz for example, they do a picnic in the Esplanade Elisabeth II near the famous lighthouse. An incredible set to start the parade.
And on the most important event in San Sebastian, its International Film Festival, there is a prize called Sebastiane. This happens on the third week of September, during the San Sebastian International Film Festival and the prize Sebastiane is given to the film of the festival which reflects best the values and realities of the gays, lesbians, transexuals and bisexuals.
